Returns or Exchanges

 

We understand that sometimes something isn't quite right with your order.  We are happy to help you with your exchange or return.  Exchanges or Returns for refund must be postmarked within 21 days of order receipt. Item must be in new, unworn condition unless there is a quality problem. Any return received after the 21 day period will have a 20% restocking fee taken from their refund if the return is within 45 days.  Returns or exchanges after 45 days will not be given a refund or returned.

 

Please package up the item(s) you wish to return and send back to us with an explanation as to why the return/exchange. If you are exchanging for another size/item, please give us the details of what you would like instead. Otherwise we will issue a refund minus the shipping fee.

You are responsible for shipping exchanges or returns back to our store. We will pay to re-ship your exchange back. We will reimburse you for return shipping on damaged items.
